Client Portal

Give your clients secure, branded access to their case information. The Client Portal lets clients view case updates, invoices, documents, and send messages – all without needing a full Praxis account.

What Clients Can Do

View Cases

See case status, recent activity, and linked deadlines.

View Invoices

Access invoices, download PDFs, and track payment status.

Access Documents

Download shared documents and upload requested files.

Send Messages

Communicate securely with their lawyer through the portal.

Setting Up Client Access

  1. Navigate to Contacts and select the client
  2. Click Enable Portal Access
  3. The client receives an email with a secure login link
  4. Choose which cases and documents to share

Client Onboarding

The Client Onboarding wizard guides new clients through a self-service intake process. They can fill in personal and case details before their first appointment, saving time for both parties.
