What Clients Can Do

📁 View Case Status

See case progress, updates, and current status.

📄 Access Documents

Download documents you've shared with them.

Enabling the Portal

  1. Go to Settings > Client Portal
  2. Toggle Enable Client Portal
  3. Customize your portal URL (e.g., portal.yourfirm.be)
  4. Upload your logo and set colors
  5. Configure what clients can access

Inviting Clients

Give a client portal access:

  1. Open the client's contact record
  2. Click Portal Access
  3. Click Send Invitation
  4. Client receives email with login link
  5. They create a password and can access their portal
💡 Tip: Clients can only see cases where they are listed as a party. They never see other clients' information.
