Praxis is a complete legal practice management suite designed specifically for Belgian law firms. Built from the ground up to handle the unique requirements of Belgian legal practice. It is one workspace with three clients — Praxis Web, Praxis Desktop and Praxis Mobile. Praxis Web is the released client; Desktop and Mobile remain release targets. See Platform Availability below.

Generate professional invoices with Belgian VAT compliance, VIES validation, and automatic reverse charge for EU clients.

Document Management

Upload, organize, and search documents per case. Document Maker combines structured drafting, guided templates and firm-scoped Typst templates for contracts and legal filings.

Track court deadlines with overdue alerts and status badges. Full calendar view with Outlook and Google Calendar sync.

Contacts

Manage clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other contacts. KBO/BCE integration for instant Belgian company lookups.

Belgian-Specific Features

Unlike generic practice management software, Praxis is built specifically for Belgian law:

KBO/BCE Integration

Look up company information directly from the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises. Auto-fill client details, verify VAT numbers, and check company status.

Juridat Search

Search Belgian case law from within Praxis. Access decisions from the Court of Cassation, Courts of Appeal, and lower courts.

e-Deposit — unavailable

Direct filing and receipt tracking remain disabled until a certified provider implementation has been delivered and verified. Documents can be prepared in Praxis for manual submission.

Belgian Court System

Pre-configured Belgian court database for case assignments. All major courts available including Ondernemingsrechtbank, Raad van State, Vredegerecht, and more.

Platform Availability

Praxis Web is publicly available. Native clients remain release targets rather than current downloads:

Installer availability

Supported targets and currently published installers are not the same thing. Check the downloads page for the packages available today; use Praxis Web when a native package is still in release validation.
