Tasks
Manage internal to-do items and work assignments. Tasks can be linked to cases and assigned to team members.
Creating Tasks
Click New Task to create a task with:
- Title – Brief description of what needs to be done
- Description – Detailed instructions or context
- Case – Link to a specific case (optional)
- Assigned To – Team member responsible
- Due Date – When the task should be completed
- Priority – Low, Medium, or High
Task Status
Tasks move through the following statuses:
- To Do – Not yet started
- In Progress – Currently being worked on
- Completed – Done
Task List
The Tasks page shows all tasks across your firm, filterable by status, assignee, and case. Overdue tasks are highlighted for attention.
