Praxis Bot Workspace
Praxis Bot starts as a lightweight chat for quick questions and contextual actions. Use its Workspace button when you need the movable live-agent board, or switch from there to the full-page Agent Console for longer assignments.
One conversation, two levels of detail.
Keep short questions in quick chat. Open the workspace when you want the agent list, live runs, task progress, and movable task windows together. This guide describes the current interface without substituting a mock image for the product.
Three Ways to Work
- Quick chat – open the bottom-right button for a question or page-aware shortcut without covering your work
- Movable workspace – open Praxis Bot over the page you are using, drag or resize it on desktop, then close it without losing your place
- Full-page Agent Console – use the complete three-column view for longer assignments and several simultaneous runs
The same conversation follows you from quick chat into the workspace. On a phone, the workspace becomes a bounded full-screen view instead of preserving desktop coordinates.
Chat and Specialist Agents
Describe the outcome you need in ordinary language. The orchestrator can answer directly, choose a specialist, or use Praxis tools such as case and document operations when your plan and permissions allow it.
You can also run one specialist explicitly or launch the agent team against the same task. The console shows each agent's description, credit level, and busy state before you start.
Follow Work in Real Time
- Queued, running, completed, failed, and cancelled states are visible
- Step number, percentage, elapsed time, estimated remaining time, and start/finish timestamps update live
- Parent and subagent relationships remain navigable
- Every run can be opened in its own movable task window with the current status and output
Costs and Control
Agent cards show the credit tier before execution. A complex tool action may cost more than a simple chat message; for example, an observed Mastermind case-creation run used 5 credits. Review the selected agent and task before sending.
Legal review remains mandatory. Praxis Bot assists with research, drafting, classification, and analysis; it does not replace the lawyer's verification, professional judgment, or responsibility for the final work product.
Security Boundaries
- Praxis authentication, firm membership, case permissions, and tool-specific authorization still apply
- Runs are scoped to the current user and firm; inaccessible records are not exposed through the Bot
- Potentially destructive or external operations retain their normal validation and confirmation boundaries
- Do not paste passwords, API keys, or unrelated client secrets into prompts
