e-Deposit integration status

Direct filing is currently unavailable Praxis does not currently submit documents to e-Deposit, receive official filing receipts, or track accepted filings. The filing controls remain disabled until a certified provider implementation has been delivered and verified.

What is e-Deposit?

e-Deposit is Belgium's external electronic filing system for court documents. It is operated outside Praxis. Only the official service can accept a filing and issue the corresponding receipt.

Current safe workflow

Prepare and review the documents in Praxis.
Export the final PDF or bundle.
Check the official e-Deposit requirements and submit through the official service.
Verify that the official service accepted the filing.
Save the official receipt in the Praxis case yourself.

Document preparation

Exhibit Bundler can help stamp, order and compress a filing copy. This preparation does not certify compliance or acceptance by e-Deposit. Requirements and size limits can change, so verify them in the official service before filing.

Review every generated document before submission.
Confirm the current format and size requirements.
Use only the receipt issued by the official e-Deposit service as proof of filing.

When will direct integration be available?

Praxis will enable direct filing only after a certified provider implementation has been delivered, security-reviewed and verified against the real service. This page will be updated when that release evidence exists.
