Notes

Create and manage internal notes and memos. Notes can be standalone or linked to specific cases for organized reference.

Creating Notes

Click New Note to create a note. The rich text editor supports:

• Headings and text formatting (bold, italic, underline)
• Bullet and numbered lists
• Links and references
• Case linking – associate a note with a specific case

Collaborative Editing

Notes use the Yjs collaborative editing engine, enabling real-time co-editing when multiple team members work on the same note simultaneously.

Organization

Notes are listed with their title, linked case, author, and last modified date. Use the search function to find notes by content or title.
