Expenses

Track case-related expenses and disbursements. Record costs like court fees, travel, expert fees, and other out-of-pocket expenses for accurate client billing.

Recording Expenses

Click New Expense to log an expense:

• Description – What the expense was for
• Amount – Total cost
• Date – When the expense was incurred
• Case – Link to the relevant case
• Category – Court fees, travel, expert fees, postal, copies, etc.
• Receipt – Upload a photo or scan of the receipt

Billing Expenses

Expenses linked to a case can be included on the client's invoice. When creating an invoice, unbilled expenses for the selected case are automatically suggested for inclusion.
