Settings

Configure your firm's preferences, billing defaults, integrations, and security options.

Firm Settings

• Firm name and details — Name, address, VAT number, and contact information
• Logo — Upload your firm's logo for invoices and documents
• Language — Set the default language (Dutch, French, English, or German)
• Currency — Default currency for billing (EUR)

Billing Settings

• Default hourly rate — Set the firm-wide default rate
• VAT rate — Belgian VAT rate (21% default)
• Invoice numbering — Configure your preferred invoice number format
• Payment terms — Default payment terms for new invoices
• Bank details — IBAN and BIC for invoice footer

Integrations

• Microsoft 365 — Connect Outlook email and calendar
• Google Workspace — Connect Gmail and Google Calendar
• Cloud Storage — OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Nextcloud, or any WebDAV service for file sync
• WhatsApp AI — Enable the Praxis Bot on WhatsApp

Security Settings

• Multi-Factor Authentication — Enable MFA for all users or per-user
• Session timeout — Auto-logout after inactivity
• Password policy — Minimum length and complexity requirements
• Single Sign-On — SSO via SAML for enterprise customers
