Configure your firm's preferences, billing defaults, integrations, and security options.
Firm Settings
- Firm name and details — Name, address, VAT number, and contact information
- Logo — Upload your firm's logo for invoices and documents
- Language — Set the default language (Dutch, French, English, or German)
- Currency — Default currency for billing (EUR)
Billing Settings
- Default hourly rate — Set the firm-wide default rate
- VAT rate — Belgian VAT rate (21% default)
- Invoice numbering — Configure your preferred invoice number format
- Payment terms — Default payment terms for new invoices
- Bank details — IBAN and BIC for invoice footer
Integrations
- Microsoft 365 — Connect Outlook email and calendar
- Google Workspace — Connect Gmail and Google Calendar
- Cloud Storage — OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Nextcloud, or any WebDAV service for file sync
- WhatsApp AI — Enable the Praxis Bot on WhatsApp
Security Settings
- Multi-Factor Authentication — Enable MFA for all users or per-user
- Session timeout — Auto-logout after inactivity
- Password policy — Minimum length and complexity requirements
- Single Sign-On — SSO via SAML for enterprise customers
