Primary platform and document hosting is in the EU at Hetzner in Germany. Enabled external processors and integrations may receive limited data according to the selected provider, region, configuration, contract and user action. Verify provider-specific DPA and region evidence; there is no categorical all-EU promise for every enabled path. Connections use TLS and durable firm document bytes are encrypted at rest per firm.
Yes. Each user can enable TOTP-based authentication with any standard authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.). Firm-wide enforcement is available on request — contact support.
Praxis provides controls intended to support GDPR obligations, including data export, deletion workflows and audit logging. A firm's compliance depends on its configuration and use, enabled processors and integrations, and current provider evidence; this is not a certification claim. See our Security page for details.
Yes. Firms starting fresh can skip migration. For an existing system, Praxis supports staged imports and a guided reconciliation process. Kleos is the primary migration path: the current ZIP importer creates cases from Dossiers/ and contacts from contacten.csv, while documents, relationships, time, invoices and custom fields are verified as managed migration stages before cutover. See Switching to Praxis.
Yes. Praxis provides a RESTful API for integration with other systems. See the API documentation for details.
