How do I get started?

Visit praxislegal.be/register and create an account. Contact us at info@praxislegal.be and we'll set up your account with personalized onboarding. Full access to all features from day one.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, Praxis is available for iOS and Android. Download from the App Store or Google Play. The mobile app syncs with your desktop data in real-time.

What subscription plans are available?
Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings > Subscription. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes, annual subscriptions receive 2 months free (17% discount). Switch to annual billing anytime from your account settings.

Security & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in EU-based data centers (Germany). We comply with GDPR and Belgian privacy regulations. Your data never leaves the EU.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Backups are also encrypted.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export all your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON). Go to Settings > Data Export. This is your data—you always have full access to it.

Features

Does Praxis work offline?

The desktop app can work offline for viewing and editing. Changes sync automatically when you're back online. Some features (like KBO lookup) require internet.

Can multiple people work on the same case?

Yes! Praxis is built for teams. Multiple users can access and edit cases simultaneously. Changes sync in real-time across all devices.

Does Praxis integrate with e-Deposit?

Yes. You can file documents electronically with Belgian courts directly from Praxis. See our e-Deposit guide for details.
