Praxis connects to a Microsoft 365 mailbox through Microsoft Graph and displays messages relevant to your cases. Gmail and generic IMAP mailboxes are not supported. Features include:
Connect your Microsoft 365 account via Settings to enable email integration. Praxis uses OAuth for secure authentication – your password is never stored. The mail connection reuses your Microsoft cloud-storage connection, so connect OneDrive first.
Praxis has no IMAP implementation and no Gmail mail sync. If your firm mailbox is not Microsoft 365, email integration is unavailable to you today.
