The Documents page shows all documents across your firm. Each entry displays:

Supported formats include PDF, Word (docx), Excel (xlsx), images (jpg, png), and more.
Click on any document to open the built-in preview. PDF documents render directly in the browser. Word and Excel files can be downloaded for local editing.
Praxis includes built-in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for scanned documents. Upload a scanned PDF or image and Praxis will extract the text, making it searchable across your practice.

Documents can be synced to cloud storage providers including OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Nextcloud, and any WebDAV service. See Cloud Files for configuration.
